## 4. Equilibrium Industries Corporate Section — Specific Practices
The corporate section of the Site (equilibrium-industries.com root pages, including the homepage, About, and corporate product pages) is focused on the sale and distribution of statistical software tools, currently including the **Statistical Significance Tool — Excel Template**.
### 4.1 Digital Product Delivery
Corporate digital products are delivered as downloadable files (such as .xlsx workbooks). After purchase, download links are made available through your account’s “My Account → Downloads” page. Download links are tied to your account and are not transferable.
### 4.2 Account Requirement
A WooCommerce customer account is automatically created at the time of purchase to enable secure download access. You may also create an account separately without purchasing.
### 4.3 Sales Tax
Purchases shipped to or downloaded by customers in Colorado are subject to Colorado state sales tax (2.9%) and applicable county/local rates (currently 2.0% for Mesa County). Tax is calculated at checkout based on the customer’s billing or shipping address.

## 5. Exigency World Section — Specific Practices
The Exigency World section (`/exigency/` and all sub-pages) hosts the **Exigency** game (Windows and macOS editions), the **Exigency Master Compendium** (digital and physical hardcopy editions), and the **Exigency World community** for players.
### 5.1 Game Purchase and Download
Purchase of the Exigency game (Windows or Mac edition) requires creation of a customer account. The game is delivered as a self-contained executable download accessible through your “My Account → Downloads” page. Download links remain available to logged-in account holders.
### 5.2 Master Compendium
The Exigency Master Compendium is offered in two editions:
– **Digital Edition** — Delivered as a download, same process as the game
– **Collections Edition Hardcopy** — Physical book, shipped to the address provided at checkout. Each copy is numbered and signed by the author. Shipping information is used only to fulfill the order.
### 5.3 Exigency World Community
The Exigency World community is a public discussion area where users can read posts and comments freely. To **post** comments, users must create a free account or be automatically registered through purchase of an Exigency product.
Comments you post are publicly visible. Do not post any information you do not wish to be publicly viewable. Your display name (as set in your account profile) appears with your comments. Your email address is not displayed publicly.
A profile image (avatar) may be displayed next to your comments using the **Gravatar** service operated by Automattic. Gravatar associates your email address with a public image you upload at gravatar.com. If you have not set up a Gravatar, a default geometric pattern is shown.
### 5.4 Leaderboard and Progress Sharing
Community members may voluntarily share their game progress (level reached, score, story moments) by commenting on the leaderboard post. Any information you choose to share there is public.
### 5.5 Spoilers
The community includes a “Hints & Tricks” section that contains gameplay spoilers. By accessing those discussion areas, you acknowledge that you may encounter spoilers.
